I would like to know on what training do Solar Chakra Soul need in this life.

I've never heard of the Solar Chakra.
Is that one of the 7 chakras in the body?

Do you mean the solar plexus chakra? Regardless which chakra it is, you can use the same method, or technique, for all chakras. If a method works for one chakra, the same method should work for all the others.

Do you know the location of the solar plexus chakra?
Once you know it, I like to breathe into it with yellow light.
Visualize your breath going into it, and out of it taking negative energy away.

In meditation you can also say:
"Thank you mother for taking from me everything I do not need."
Then wait a few minutes.
Then say
"Thank you mother for sending to me everything I need."

Wait a few minutes
"Thank you father for taking from me everything I do not need."
Then wait a few minutes
"Thank you father for sending to me everything I need."

This should help.

Solar Plexus chakra is how you deal with other people. It's a social chakra about dealing with society.

There are quite a few meditative methods you can use. IndigoGeminiWolf gave a good method. I'm sure you can find other methods in SF that you can use. You can try them and use the one that works best for you.

Solar Plexus chakra is related to Wisdom Power, I would like to know on any reference on how social chakra is about dealing with other people.

Correction, the orange-ray or naval chakra deals with other people individually.

Red ray is the foundation; orange ray the movement towards yellow ray which is the ray of self-awareness and interaction. Green ray is the movement through various experiences of energy exchanges having to do with compassion and all-forgiving love to the primary blue ray which is the first ray of radiation of self regardless of any actions from another.

Best thing to do to heal and connect through chakra's is to do yoga and meditation, however yoga is the father of connection in the sense that you will be doing the work without being aware of it and the changes will happen through the movement that you do... This is a gentle way to clear and connect it will also help you to align all chakras. I recommend working on chakra's in tandem due to balance issues if one does not.

Yes, I suggest you read up on chakras online. A wealth of information on them, and if you want to focus solely on the Solar Plexus, you can choose to do so.
Do bear in mind ALL chakras are connected like cogs in one 'machine'. If one cog is blocked or not turning properly, the others cannot function properly either.

I also don't get your title "Solar Chakra SOUL"? What do you mean by that?

There are actually 2 additional chakras that I've heard of, SoulStar (white/gold) which is above the Crown and Earth Star (brown) which is located around the area of the feet.
I wonder if you are referring to the SoulStar chakra?

My experience with the solar plexus chakra is that it handles ''power'' dynamics.
When i invoke power or something else related to power,it passes through the solar plexus.
It also has to do with the fire element,so whatever falls under this category,will find it's way through the solar plexus.

For example ''light'' falls under the fire element.So if you invoke the light of something,you'll feel the energy of it at your stomach.(solar plexus area).
