Simplest way to explain earthing is walking on the earth barefoot heals us.

You can just sit barefoot in a chair with your feet on the ground, grass, sand, dirt...:smile: Full body is best.
I love that movie if it's the one I saw. Native Americans thought we were nuts sitting in chairs off Mother Earth.

I often sit on the bench outside with bare feet. you feel connected to mother earth more that way.

I like channeling trees.
Well, no, I love channeling trees !

I touch them and wait, with a silent mind. Avoid trees that have suffered, choose big healthy ones.
I also like going walking / cycling in forests, feel all the energy and smells around.
