You can do kegel exercises.
When I contract my perineum, I can feel the energy up to my face, that's when everything is fully flowing I guess. Some days I can feel it fully, other days it's limited.

Cycling is good for the the perineum too.
Lifting the hips from a lying position (I don't do this one but it seems to be good).
