Hello, yes, Reiki can help with anxiety by balancing the chakras and energy centers throughout the body. You can also try breathwork, a gentle exercise routine and aromatherapy. Bach flower remedies can be a natural and gentle way to support emotional well-being and they are easily available on the internet. And, if you are prone to writing, may I suggest journaling? I'm a big fan.
