Energy Sensitive
Are others here energy sensitive?
I usually feel an energy in my heart chakra. A pressure that pushes on it, and sometimes feels pleasurable.
I also feel it in my 3rd eye. A pressure on my forehead.
I've had bliss out of my crown chakra once or twice.
I've had bliss in my heart chakra.
Both times I had bliss it was too much and I closed it down, never to experience it again.
What is this bliss and this energy/pressure I am feeling?
Is it the Field? Is it my guide?
What causes general energy to be felt almost all the time?
