If you can manage to get into your heart and stay there while meditating, beautiful information unfolds. Sometimes it comes so quickly I can not write it down, yet your spirit never forgets the messages. We all have the ability, just practice. At least that works for me. I have not been on this forum for many many years, it is good to see some familiar names.
