importance of clearing the core limiting thought

Hello,

Limiting thoughts are like protection for feelings we do not ever want to allow. Alongside a limited thought to me was a soul fracture that kept pushing it.

I was faced with a lot of people opposing me, and supportive people were drawn away for a few weeks. So I was faced with my inner feel of being disliked. And I broke through that wound, so that it could heal.

Now I feel so relieved.... I was forced to heal, and thats what I did.

Suddenly I am able to live in the monent, have peace of mind, recognize love or interest...

Its sweet.

Kind regards,

CW

First, ConGrAtulAtions!

But, that first sentence is profound!...To me...explains a lot.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

This is so very true. Louise Hay calls this “ fear trying to protect you. “ For instance, your core negative pattern could be not trusting in the flow of life, and this is because you fear not being able to cope with what the flow of life guides you to. (As an example).

There are things you can do to find out what your core negative belief is. You could have a look at the areas of life you often struggle with. It could be love, money, health or something else (those tend to be the main three) and as you do look through your experiences, you could find an underlying pattern.

Another thing you could do is brainstorm the negative beliefs you have in areas of your life. What do you REALLY believe about love, health, wealth, career, family, other people, and so on? As you look through these you may well find a ‘theme’ emerging. That theme is your core negative belief.

Once you have found it out, you can do things to heal this negative belief. I find that repeated affirmations work with this; because that’s how your main negative belief became so in the first place. As you repeat something new and positive, your mind will start to accept it as truth and turn it into reality.

It is very important to find what your core negative belief is, because this is the underlying thing which will be undermining everything you try in life. Heal it, and you heal your life.

Until you identify what your core limiting thought is, everything else you think or try out will always be undermined by it. But once you find it out and work to start clearing it, then you will find that things will start opening up for you quite easily.

It's almost always the case that trauma sets limits or rather shields us from letting certain thoughts through to our daily lives. I believe that after a time which could be many years, the effect wears off a little and we are able to examine the source of those thoughts without fear through contemplative exercises. It doesn't diminish the memory of the trauma and the aftermath in our minds but through an adult awareness, thoughts arising are easier to manage.
I meet a few people whose 'problems' arise from trauma and the effect you speak of and treatment has to be most sensitive.

Hello DaneA,

Are you aware there is actually solutions possible for trauma? There are many therapeutic ways of dealing with the memory. There are also spiritual healers who say they can help. Important to note that that is easier said than done, because facing trauma is tough, sadly..

Kind regards,.

CW, you brought up a very good point that has to do with our pre-installed ego.

The ego was designed to serve the benevolent purpose of keeping us out of danger and to stay alive to have our human adventure here in this very unfamiliar low vibration part of reality.

The ego stops us from walking off a cliff or into fire, and makes us hoard enough food before the cold of Winter comes or run away from someone trying to kill us.

It is the ego that keeps holding negative experiences in us for our benefit so we would know to avoid similar situations in the future.

Love on the other hand is the opposite of fear. Love alters our body's chemistry and physics to change our personal reality to become more peaceful and joyful.

Love makes us focus on and see everything from a benevolent perspective.

For example, when a scammer scammed us of some money our ego wants to beat the scammer up in vengeance and have the scammer be punished and suffer to the max by law. Whereas from the perspective of love, we will thank the scammer for the lesson that will give us more wisdom to avoid an even bigger scam down the line.

A religious example would be what some call Satan that they believe is the cause of all evils in our world. From a benevolent perspective, did all that evilness not pushed many very hard to seek the love of God with more urgency and vigor for calming comfort, encouragement, hope, and guidance? Who is the angel now?

Love holds on to our good experiences and thoughts, whereas the ego holds on to our hurtful experiences and thoughts.

Given free will, will we choose love or ego.

As our history has shown, many tend to choose ego. Nothing wrong with that as it is all part of our spiritual evolution to love, which is our true divine nature because we came from love to be here in the physical form pretending to be humans to have our human adventure of finding ourselves.

Truly an amazing but extremely challenging adventure that will span many hundreds and even thousands of human lifetimes here that we bravely and passionately signed up for when not in the human form and in our true home on the other side of the self-imposed Veil of Forgetfulness.

No point of having our adventure had we retained full remembrance of our divinity, because we will always choose love. That then should be a big clue as to why we are here in the human form and then be given free will to freely choose.

We are all here with divine purpose. Nothing is ever random, coincidental, lucky, or unlucky.

And what we do here as humans and the consequences of our choices do not carry over to the other side. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas as they say.

From love we came, and to love we will return when our sacred corporeal body expires and we are no longer in the human form.

Love that is much much more than just simply a beautiful human emotion as we know it.

Love is the most benevolently powerful and highest vibration multi-dimensional quantum energy and more.

Love raises the frequency of vibration of our cellular structures and enhances our DNA to become more efficient, that by design will unlock many extra-ordinary abilities we all could have to give us far more control over our heath, our life, and our reality.

Love is the Universal Truth, the way, and the life.
