Watched two more gazings today. What a calm peace in the midst of So Cal fire chaos - a lot of family members and people I work with are close to the fires - a welcome respite in the midst of a crazy day. I find the joy in my day however I can get it ~~~ thank you again, Miss H. This is helping me not go down any rabbit holes, and I'm taking it one day at a time.

Well, I hurt my leg exercising with too much weight probably.
Was getting worse for 4-5days was gonna call someone today Monday about it.
And missed working out!
But Sunday I gazed once with Braco - got up, could tell instantly ...What?
Now this morning...no nerve pain thru the night...don't think I'll have to buy that higher toilet for people with bad knees now!
All better ---all the Braco gaze...you can google him.
Just sayin- them's the facts.
