Helping our Twin with their Stuff

Question - how do we as twin flames help our twin when their "stuff" comes up and they can't deal with it?

Right now I'm triggering my twin and he has lots of stuff from his childhood and teen years (which I was a big part of) coming up for healing. He strongly resists dealing with any of it choosing to push it down and try to ignore it. However, with me in the picture, it keeps coming up.

I want to help him deal and I try to talk with him about what he's feeling but this is deep stuff and I think professional help is needed. He's even more resistant to professional help.

I have a few people in my life who are much like this.
Some I've triggered by them seeing me deal with my childhood trauma.
Especially my children and siblings. Seeing me forgive and love ones who they think don't deserve it has huge impact opposed to just words.

Some are more stubborn to any help. So i let them know if they want help I'm there for them and i just try to show them when i can how amazing they are and how their past trauma is not who they are but rather a chisel that was removing the layers of what isn't them.

Also not fully sure how twin flame unions work but if you heal your past traumas wont that trigger him healing as well? the higher your vibration the more his will be affected as well?
