Maladhara (root Chakra) constant tingling??
I have been doing about 40 minutes of Kundalini meditation a day for some time now. But usually focus on my heart, throat, 3rd eye or crown. And sometimes i focus on grounding which is perhaps in turn working on my maladhara.
Now i keep getting this really strong vibrating/tingling sensation from my root Chakra. It is almost always there, it is very strong and doesn't go away. I don't mind it it being there, but usually my Chakra sensations have been quite shy compared to this one. Ill be doing something then all of sudden it will grow in intensity and my thoughts will be drawn to it. It overpowers every other body sensation by a long shot. Its basically all i can see!
Just curious if anybody else is fimiliar more than eye about Chakra awakening etc and can shed some light on what is happening...
Thanks in advance :)

Hi there :)
Just an idea--how about bringing that energy you feel in your root chakra up through your body and spinal column, and then letting it fall down around you and your aura, and finally, let it fall back to the Earth Mother along with any tension you might be feeling. You can actually squeeze the muscles you would use to stop the flow of urine to help 'send' this energy up your body from the Root Chakra if that helps you.
Keep that energy moving--don't let too it stay too long at Muladhara.

Its "Muladhara" pronounced as "Mooladhara"
Dhara is planet earth
Mula or moola - root or foundation
