Next round of FA CUP next week . All played either mon, Tues, wed, and all evening games.
Just got to wait and see which ones they are showing on Tele.

Just checked and it is on ITV4 that match, Liverpool v Sarfampten is on ITV1.

Neil....
Was just seeing highlights of Watford/ Huddersfield.
Good Watford goal but unfortunate to lose 2 - 1...
Am guessing you are resigned to staying mid table ...
No chance of going up, but likewise no chance of going down !
Bit like Newcastle . We focus on next season now !!!

Caraboa cup final this afternoon.
Liverpool/ Chelsea.
Unfortunately for me it's only on sky sports so can't watch it .

Yep I can’t watch it over here either. Boo hoo. But I am going to listen to the audio commentary on the LFC site. It’s pretty good but obviously not as good as watching it but my grandson in Liverpool keeps me abreast of things by text.
I was hoping Newcastle was going to smash Arsenal, or even a draw would have been good for us. What a pity.
Still one point between all three of us at the top of the league, so it’s still anybody’s. Quite exciting!

Haha yes, Arsenal smashed Newcastle , and SOOOO tight at the top still.

Kind of, yes. We seem to have lost the resilience we were showing over the autumn and Christmas. Back then, we scored a number of late goals and if we went behind, it didn’t necessarily mean that we lost. That seems to have gone in recent weeks; we’re just too inconsistent.
But, and there is a positive here, there is always one team who gets into the play offs on the back of a late run of wins. It could still be us, but we’d have to become a winning machine to do so. |
