Spiritual qualities
A person who is has a spiritual approach to life would be FORE life not serious. This is not being positive this is being calm, kind, allowing, excepting and taking responsibility for there making no matter what happens in life.
Spiritual approach also has to apply to the way you treat yourself (don't give your self a hard time as you are a work in-progress like every thing else)
Hope this helps

We are all spiritual, some just need to become aware of it.

What do you think?

I think that the greatest quality is "insight". Spirituality is essentially about achieving an improved vantagepoint on the deep issues of life.

I don't agree. The word has meaning to me. Just because people use the term in the context of their own worldviews, and therefore differently than others, doesn't mean that the word doesn't have an essential meaning common to all uses of the word.
IMV, the meaning of spiritual is that someone has a concern for "inner" values, such as self-knowledge and personal growth. The spiritual person seeks to improve her vantagepoint on the deep issues of life, and usually for the sake of changing herself to adapt to the change of perspective.
