Thankyou.
The only thing I don't eat but might add to my diet is Artichokes and chlorella. Sounds like something my body could use right now in both. Do you know much about chlorella ?
Most of those things you listed are the main aspects of my diet now.

You can add these items too:
Honey
Cinnamon
Spinach
Almonds
yogurt
tangerines
ginger
I also cut out as much processed foods, fast food and high fructose corn syrup out of my diet.
I been living with HIV for 19 years now and my immune system is perfect. I've had no issues with my CD4 count always above 800 and a non nonexistent viral load. All due to eating healthy, exercising and cutting out harmful chemicals.

We tend to find that there are no 'superfoods' really, and the alkaline thing - the claims surrounding those sort of ideas just don't withstand scrutiny, but the body needs good nutrition to optimise health and thrive, so if you eat a pretty wide variety of colourful whole nutritious food and steer clear of highly processed nutrient deficient food, you'll pretty much be on point.

Chorella is a blue-green algae. It is very nutrient-dense. Lots of vitamins, antioxidants. It's a good way to increase your minerals and vitamins without eating a whole produce section, lol. Chlorella was the 'darling' supplement of the 80s. It's used in 'whole food' supplements. When I made my cats' food I made up a vitamin/mineral powder that had spirulina and chlorella to make sure their food was complete. It looks like I'm gonna have to get back into the cat food-making business again and I'm going to have to start making up that powder again.
