Well in the past week I've swam 3 and 1/2 miles have done 1-2 hours of yoga and walked an hour, in a week so that amounts to about 5 hours of excercise in a week. And this week I'm keeping it up. And let me tell you I have forgotten how much I used to be so active.
Back in my twenties I was active ALL the time, doing anything physical on my time off and after work.
I feel great, my body feels great, I think I've lost some weight, I have more energy to do things, instead of feeling sluggish I feel like I actually want to do things like chores. For example I'm doing laundry tomorrow for the first time in six months, Dan's been doing it lately. I just feel more tired at night which helps with my sleep.
YAY.
I hope this inspires people to become more active.
