Pillars of reiki
Is anyone able to give me a quick dummies explanation of the difference between Reiji-ho and Chiryo, please? I'm struggling to understand the difference and when they're meant to be used.

Dummy here
Reiji-ho is the process of in person energy work. So it’s the ritual of opening through the heart, connecting to the third eye (as intuition) and asking for the energy to flow through and go where it’s needed.
Chiryo is distant healing. So the process or ritual of setting up is a little different. You can use a photo or imagine the person in your space. All done with intent and permission.
