Take a hike
Literally! I spent about 1-1/2 hrs hiking in the woods today. There is nothing more refreshing and healing after being couped up all winter. It was so invigorating! I followed the deer paths all through the woods checking out all the tracks and buck rubs. I watched a pair of hawks building their nest and listened to their calls of distress because I was to close to their nest. I whistled back at every scream and was surprised that they answered back with a scream in return after every whistle so cool! I notice one staying very close as I was headed back home she or he followed me clear home wow!
What a wonderful day take care all

How wonderful to live where you can easily access wild nature like that.

You are very lucky to live near woods like that. I live in the suburbs of Chicago so not much nature here. The closest thing I have to that would be local parks. However, there is one that I adore and feel at ease there. Now I feel like going to take a walk there. ![Smile](http://www.spiritualforums.com/vb/images/smilies/smile.gif)
