The way I lost weight

Everytime you`re hungry, you take two tablespoons of fish-oil, and the rest of the day just fruit and vegetables and salad. When you finally crave meat, just some lean chicken. You forget about enjoying food, but be lean instead

Thumbs up

You're right. And your cravings stop. Do that 3 days and anyone can see for themselves.
For me, I would alternate with org EV Olive Oil, Org Virgin Coconut oil,
Org Sesame, Org Grapeseed, some fish oil, also.
Lean org chicken, yes..for me I would add salmon and cod , steamed veggies...not the starchy ones.
Some nuts ...a heaping Tbsp...alternating walnuts and other ones.
I would also be taking a B Complex

Good thread.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Fish oil is being spoken about a lot lately so is olive oil,
steaming your food has always been known to be better than any other way

Hi Frank, You know, back in the day everything was organic and wild caught.

A friend said, You know why we are so healthy?
Cuz we grew up eating natural, whole foods!
She meant not frozen, not microwaved, processed stuff with all these chemicals now, no Fast Food places.
I never went to doctors until I HAD to once a yr cuz of American Medicare at 65...
and she was surprised I wasn't on any meds...why would I be on meds, I asked?
Yeah, it pays to drink pure water and eat pure foods, imo.

No meds, lucky. I had some cholestrol last time at doctor, so I started eating less and only vegetables and fruit, hopefully it`s better now at next appointment

I better mention, years ago the Admin asked all of us when quoting others to only quote 2-3 sentences...I mean,
if you need to quote at all..when the post is right there above ...

I brought my cholesterol down 25 points ...which was not that high in the first place...eating oatmeal,
oat pills, cutting out animal fat basically.
Ha, then I went right back after a yr of that -eating whole eggs and grass fed red meat again...with a little cheese.

During the "plandemic" I put some wight on. In January I went back into the pool, started with 500m , now I regularly swim 2000m. My wight is back down to 72 kg. Swimming did what I could not do with walking.
