Naturesflow- does it matter when the thread was started? Danse had a sincere message to send. You asked Danse if she was aware that harlequinn was most likely not in the same place. .. I am asking you if you are aware that your post was uncalled for.

3 years ago my grandma who was like my mother died. She truly suffered in my eyes the whole year. I watched her in pain and agony holding on for her family. I went to work one day had to be there at 3am. Kissed her and by 10am I came home to find her dead. Im still heartbroken. And then my gf at the time had cheated on me and got pregnant by another dude. My soul was dealt death blows but I got in the gym and 5 months later I became a new man. I wish I could explain the feeling but you can't. You have to take off and never look back but one day ppl will comment on your change and your pics start to look diffete t and your body feels lighter and mind clearer. Just start off slow and don't give in

- great topic and great info on this thread
- for me exercise has been a great way to shake out the emotional trauma things from the body's cells before they start to create dis-ease in the body
- and when my body is more fit, I'm more able to deal with issues of the heart
- Bryce979 - I'm sorry for your loss
- exercise is not a pancea for grief but a useful tool... time and reflection and support from good people all help ease the pain and reframe things in a more positive way
