A Heartfelt Wish...
A Heartfelt Wish...
My heartfelt wish, is that whilst spending time in her company
- albeit we may be far apart - I may be allowed to bring a little
contentment, laughter and the essence of comfort and enjoyment
into her life: whenever or wherever possible…
In doing so, may I be permitted to love her
~ in my own, individual way ~ requiring nothing in return,
other than sharing with her; the fragrance
of the happiness she experiences: from time to time…
May the friendship that has developed between us,
continue to go from strength to strength with the passing of time
and - in the final throws of life - perhaps it will be possible
for us to share thoughts of how, or if, a continuation
of this beautiful relationship can be rekindled in the afterlife,
so that through the melody of romantic idealism,
I can learn how to love her: even more than I do now…

I love it when the words just flow like that.... you could be right on the automatic writing. I have had a few poems like that, amazing how easily the words appear, like magic almost.

Yes, I would tend to agree with you there Adrienne...
I'm also convinced, it depends on; how close - 'telephically' - one is: to the person concerned... It might even be that person who is prompting the thoughts and feelings...
There can be an unknown bond that sends and receives signals of one kind or another... Things of that nature never cease to amaze me...
