Hi Anthony if it is a ceremic burner for a tea light candle to go under the dish, then fill the dish with water, place it back on the stand then light the tea candle and place it under the dish, you can add frankincense around 5 drops of essential oils to the water as this aids meditation
I hope this helps

Hi Anthony you are welcome.
I would say 3-5 drops of oil.
Yes frankincense is to aid meditation, it is also a grounding oil as sandalwood is also a good grounding oil
Enjoy
